Ticklog is designed as a privacy-first, local application. All of your time tracking data, activity logs, and settings are stored locally on your device's internal storage using secure local databases. We do not automatically upload, sync, or transmit your tracking data to any external servers or cloud services.
If you choose to enable the app lock feature, Ticklog uses your device's native biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or face recognition) to secure your logs. This biometric data is processed entirely on your device by your operating system. Ticklog does not collect, store, or have direct access to your raw biometric data.
If you voluntarily choose to submit feedback or a bug report through the App, we collect the content of your message, any contact information you optionally provide, your device's operating system platform (e.g., Android or iOS), and the app version. This information is transmitted securely to our servers and is used exclusively to improve the App and provide support.
Ticklog does not use third-party analytics trackers, advertising SDKs, or data brokers. Your data is not sold or shared with any third parties.
